Climax TV is seeking a creative, digitally savvy, and results-oriented Social Media Content Creator to strengthen its digital presence and create compelling content that connects with audiences across multiple platforms. Job Summary The Social Media Content Creator will develop, produce, and manage engaging digital content that promotes Climax TV’s programmes, personalities, stories, and brand. The successful candidate will combine creativity, storytelling, social media knowledge, and an understanding of audience behaviour to create content that increases engagement, visibility, and audience growth. Key Responsibilities Develop creative and engaging content for Climax TV’s social media platforms. Create short-form videos, graphics, captions, reels, stories, and other digital content. Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews, programme highlights, events, and other relevant moments. Adapt television content into engaging social media formats suitable for different platforms. Develop content ideas that align with Climax TV’s brand, programmes, and audience interests. Write compelling captions, headlines, descriptions, and other supporting copy. Collaborate with presenters, anchors, producers, journalists, photographers, videographers, and other team members to generate content. Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. Publish content across relevant platforms and ensure timely delivery. Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, hashtags, and audience behaviours. Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall digital visibility. Respond appropriately to audience comments, questions, and interactions while maintaining the brand’s professional voice. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on content reach, engagement, audience growth, and other relevant metrics. Use performance insights to improve future content and social media strategies. Ensure all published content meets Climax TV’s editorial, ethical, and brand standards. Support the promotion of television programmes, campaigns, events, personalities, and special projects. Stay current with developments in social media, digital storytelling, content creation tools, and platform algorithms. Contribute creative ideas that strengthen Climax TV’s digital presence and audience connection. Requirements and Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience creating content for social media, digital media, television, entertainment, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats. Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills. Ability to create engaging short-form video content. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Basic photography and videography skills will be an advantage. Experience using video editing, graphic design, or content creation tools will be an advantage. Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and meet tight content deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
