We are looking for a confident, relationship-focused, and results-driven High Net Worth Executive to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, business owners, professionals, and other affluent clients while providing tailored insurance and financial protection solutions. Job Summary The High Net Worth Executive will identify, develop, and manage relationships with high-value clients and prospective clients. You will understand each client’s financial objectives, assess their protection and wealth-planning needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions within the company’s product offering. You will build trusted relationships through professional communication, discretion, consistent follow-up, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, business owners, professionals, and other prospective clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value prospects through referrals, networking, professional relationships, and business-development activities. Conduct professional client meetings to understand financial goals, lifestyle considerations, protection needs, and long-term objectives. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial protection solutions. Present products and solutions clearly, accurately, and professionally. Develop customized proposals and presentations based on individual client requirements. Manage the complete client relationship cycle from prospecting and initial consultation through application, onboarding, and ongoing service. Maintain regular contact with clients and provide timely follow-up on outstanding requests and transactions. Build long-term relationships through personalized service and proactive client engagement. Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports. Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities to review or enhance existing coverage as client circumstances change. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of applications, documentation, claims, and other client requests. Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and concerns. Participate in networking events, business forums, professional associations, and other activities that support relationship development. Stay informed about the company’s products, industry developments, market trends, and relevant financial-services practices. Meet agreed business-development, client-acquisition, and revenue objectives. Prepare regular reports on prospecting activities, client engagement, sales performance, and pipeline development. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by management. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. Professional qualifications in insurance, financial planning, investment management, or a related field will be an advantage. Relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage. Experience and Professional Skills Previous experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, financial services, investment, relationship management, or business development will be an advantage. Experience managing relationships with high-value clients or corporate executives will be highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a strong professional network. Strong understanding of financial protection and insurance concepts. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-engagement skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
