Job Vacancy For Customer Service Advisor A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region has vacancy for the position of a Customer Service. Job summary We are looking for a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to help drive business growth. • Answering inquiries: Responding to customer questions about products, services, or company policies in a clear and helpful manner. • Resolving complaints: Addressing and solving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Providing product/service information: Explaining features, benefits, and other relevant details. • Building customer relationships: Establishing rapport and fostering positive interactions to encourage repeat business and loyalty. • Collecting customer information: Gathering data for analysis and improvement of services. • Using multiple communication channels: Handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Qualification Required & Experience Customer Service Advisor’s requirements and qualifications • HND / Bachelor’s degree • Proven 2-year experience of working as a customer service officer (preferred). • Applicant must be between 23 and 28years of age and must reside in Accra • In-depth knowledge in the micro credit environment (preferred). • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices • Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution Location: Accra How To Apply For The Job CVs should be sent to: swiftcredcorporate@gmail.com Or call 0552-661212 Closing Date: 14 October, 2026
