P.M. Renaissance is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Business Development Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing the exclusive HR services using creative, brand-aligned outreach strategies, leading high- impact presentations and meetings. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position; Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Research ·       Build market capacity through targeted industry research, identifying new business channels, and mapping decision-makers. Consultative Selling ·       Market our exclusive HR services using creative, brand-aligned outreach strategies, leading high- impact presentations and meetings. Key Account Leadership ·       Own end-to-end client relationships, deeply understanding their company cultures, managing service expectations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and PMR. Financial & Commercial Ownership ·       Manage terms of business, project budgets, timely invoicing, and account collections to ensure total client satisfaction and operational health. Qualification ·       A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations or related fields. ·       A minimum of five years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consultative sales or a similar role. ·       Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with a natural ability to command a room, influence decision-makers, and secure buy-in. ·       Strong research and reporting capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). ·       Ability to use social media professionally. ·       A sharp understanding of how branding and brand compliance drive corporate credibility and project success.
