Climax TV is seeking confident, articulate, and dynamic Anchors/Presenters to join its team and contribute to the development and delivery of engaging television content. Job Summary The Anchor/Presenter will host and present television programmes while engaging audiences through clear communication, strong on-camera presence, and professional delivery. The successful candidate will research programme topics, prepare for broadcasts, conduct interviews, interact with guests and audiences, and work closely with production teams to deliver high-quality content. Key Responsibilities Host and present assigned television programmes professionally and confidently. Research and develop relevant content for assigned programmes and segments. Prepare scripts, talking points, questions, and other materials before broadcasts. Deliver news, discussions, interviews, features, and other programme content clearly and engagingly. Conduct interviews with guests, experts, public figures, and other relevant personalities. Engage audiences through compelling conversations, storytelling, and appropriate presentation techniques. Work closely with producers, directors, researchers, camera operators, and other production team members. Participate in programme planning, editorial meetings, rehearsals, recordings, and live broadcasts. Maintain a professional and credible on-screen presence. Adapt presentation style and content to suit different audiences and programme formats. Stay informed about current affairs, social issues, entertainment, lifestyle, business, and other topics relevant to assigned programmes. Verify information and prepare thoroughly to ensure accurate and responsible content delivery. Interact professionally with guests, colleagues, viewers, and other stakeholders. Represent Climax TV positively during public appearances, promotional activities, events, and external engagements. Contribute creative ideas that improve programme quality, audience engagement, and content development. Follow the station’s editorial standards, production procedures, professional guidelines, and ethical requirements. Maintain flexibility to work according to programme and broadcast schedules.
